The Saint-Pierre de Concressault church registered as the Historic Monuments since 2006 bears witness to the medieval importance of this village, which was once a fortified town and a royal fief.
Benedictine origins: From 1123, a bubble of Pope Calixte II mentions
the place as a dependency of the abbey Saint-Sulpice of Bourges. She
